When one of them (a sadist played by John Drew Barrymore) kills another one during a violent argument, he and the remaining partner are forced to hide out in an old barn. Soon, however, a woman shows up who seems to know something about the murder. She then manages to seduce them into betraying each other. IN THE SHADOW OF EAGLES (1966) After the death of Octavian, the rebel populations of Illyria and Pannonia pose a grave threat to the Roman Empire. ISLAND OF THE LOST GIRLS (1968) Classic sleaze-actioner, which casts the familiar team of Brad Harris and Tony Kendall as two investigators called to Bangkok to look into the kidnapping of an American tourist. Their information leads them to a strange cult (run by an Oriental "madam) which kidnaps girls, drugs them, and has them conveyed to a secret island, to act as "escorts" to wealthy tourists. JULIUS CAESAR VS. THE PIRATES (1962) Julius Caesar (Gustavo Rojo) flees Rome because of a conspiracy against him and takes refuge by the king of Bithynia. He finds a woman there and while he escorts her to Rhodes their ship sinks. Saved by the pirates he asks for help to get back to Rome. However, the chief of the pirates (Gordon Mitchell) charges a ransom for their release, and Caesar is forced to return to Rome to collect the money.
