If you're interested in placing an order by mail, please email us with the number of DVD's you plan to order, and we'll respond with ordering details. Note: Please do not send unsolicited orders to our MS mailing address, as we recently relocated to the Dallas, TX area. Please send us your list of requested titles ONLY when you are sure of what you want. If for some reason a title becomes unavailable (if, for example, we come across a defective master), we will contact you with request for an alternate title. We will ship your package after we hear back from you. If you have no alternate title in mind, but would instead like a refund, please let us know and we will rebate you for any title(s) not available.
